The lodge offers 6 private bungalows, all with their direct beach access, secluded in the lush vegetation. Each ensuite double room has an indoor and outdoor shower and bathing facilities, a generous waterfront veranda offers unobstructed views over the lagoon and a quiet shady space, the style is purist and natural.
Sussurro’s main area features an open kitchen, a bar, the restaurant with a variety of private spaces for romantic dinners, a library, a lap pool, and a protected beach on the lagoon. The open Indian Ocean is only a 20 min stroll away and offers endless lonely beaches.
Additional activities can be booked on site, such as: snorkeling trips to Benguerra or Magaruque Island, Diving on Paradise Island, Dhow Cruises or fishing.

Private bungalows provide over a thousand square feet of personal space surrounded by nature. Each suite includes indoor and outdoor bathing facilities and generous water front verandahs.
Mozambican vernacular architecture weaves a natural canopy above billowing mosquito nets. Large apertures allow the colours of an ever changing landscape to permeate the space.
Rooms are dressed with furniture created and carved onsite and thoughtfully collected artisanal pieces from sub-saharan African.
