A traditional dining experience like no other in Victoria Falls, Dusty Road offers unusual combinations using authentic Zimbabwean produce & cuisine. 

Deep in the heart of the buzzing Chinotimba township (about 2kms from Vic Falls town centre), Dusty Road aims to introduce the international tourist to a bit of traditional cuisine and atmosphere. The tables are set under shade from the trees & the furniture and décor is mostly up-cycled from old unconventional items such as doors, cable reels, tins, pots, and so much more; brought to life with various finishing (if any) and colourful Chitenge, and other fabrics. This gives the place a rustic and interesting atmosphere.

The dishes at Dusty Road are cooked the traditional Zimbabwean way, on open fires and in cast iron pots and ovens, giving guests an authentic, wholesome and tasty food experience. Ingredients are indigenous and mostly what you would find in Zimbabwean kitchens and homesteads. In addition to the presentation and explanations of the food you will experience, the restaurant also offers a variety of additional activities such as basket making, cooking demonstrations, live music and dancing. All available upon prior request. There is a group of children from the community, who are happy to come by and will delight guests with a song and dance.
