Adrift in the Indian Ocean to the east of Madagascar, Mauritius is known for its dizzying beauty and tranquil isolation, both of which inspired the island's oceanfront Royal Palm Beachcomber Luxury. Sheltered on the northwestern coast amidst lush gardens, the property is laid out so that all the suites face the lagoon, where guests enjoy complimentary water sports. Its pristine stretch of beach is as sparkling white as the uniforms of staff who know guests by name and can organise everything from a table at the gastronomic restaurant, La Goelette, to helicopter tours of the island. The interior of the suite plus the furnished terrace offer a combined area of 120 square metres of living space. The perfect accommodation type for families at Royal Palm, these ground floor suites measure 140 square metres. The bedroom area for the parents, with a large bathroom en suite, leads onto the open plan lounge with a furnished terrace adjacent. The children's bedroom and en-suite bathroom is separate from the parents' sleeping area and the lounge.

The ultimate in luxury, this split level suite measures 365 square metres. A master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is at the top of the winding staircase. The second bedroom, midway up the staircase, has an en-suite bathroom and hammam. The lounge and dining area is on the ground floor of the suite with a furnished terrace, gazebo, splash pool and garden beyond.
