Nuarro is a unique "beach & bush" lodge situated on the beautiful Baixo do Pinda Peninsula - Northern Mozambique. Facing North, Nuarro stands along sand dunes, surrounded by indigenous bush and dotted by secluded beaches. The concession of 800ha has 3 kilometres of sea front.
Twelve luxury beachfront chalets on the beach accommodate a maximum of 24 to 40 guests. Some of the chalets have an optional twin bed upstairs for families. All chalets have indoor/ outdoor showers, lounge area, a large wooden veranda/ sun deck with a view of the bay and a private path leading to the beach.
The Beach Bar is located next to the Marine Activity Centre and has a large wooden deck giving a full sea view and beach access. From July to November guests may be lucky to spot whales in the bay. Meals at Nuarro are a fusion of local and international cuisine. Tea and cakes are served in the library and lounge area during the afternoons.
The Activity & Dive Centre’s main focus is diving, but also offers an array of activities such as snorkelling, whale watching (seasonal), dhow sailing trips, sea kayaking, picnic trips to isolated beaches, mountain biking and village trips.

The chalets are built using natural materials by local people, with the aim of blending into its natural surroundings. Each chalet boasts beautiful sea views, a generous mosquito-net-engulfed, king-sized bed that can also be converted into two three-quarter single beds. and can accommodate up to two extra beds. Chalet furnishings include hand-made desks, loungers and a large veranda with a comfortable hammock.
Built using natural material by the local people, the cottages aim to blend in its natural surroundings. The cottages are double rooms, each of which features a king-sized bed, a single bed and beautiful sea views.
The property is home to three Globetrotter Rooms which are aimed at the more adventurous and budged driven travellers. Each room boasts spectacular sea views and a private bathroom with hot water, a mosquito er, cupboard and chair.
