Brookdale Estate is also home to a Tasting Room, Bistro and a state-of-the-art Wine Cellar, which overlooks vineyards. Here, Mediterranean varieties, a unique Paarl terroir and innovative winemaking techniques are brought together under the visionary hand of owner, Tim Rudd and our dynamic winemaking duo, Xander Sadie and Shanice du Preez.
The Manor House has 5 Manor Suites and 1 Vineyard Suite (located adjacent to the main house) accommodating 12 adults and 2 children. These suites can be booked separately for a romantic stay, or as a 6-bedroom exclusive-use Villa in the Winelands, ideally suited for friends and family.
