Leroo La Tau is situated in Makgadikgadi Pans National Park, overlooking the Boteti River. The park's diverse landscape, including savannah and salt pans, is home to various wildlife species. Guests can enjoy scenic views and wildlife sightings during their stay.
The accommodation consists of twelve spacious chalets, each equipped with double/twin and single beds, suitable for families or small groups. En-suite facilities and large windows overlooking the Boteti River ensure comfort and a connection with nature. Private decks offer opportunities for relaxation and wildlife observation.
The main lodge area provides a comfortable space for guests to gather and share safari experiences. Constructed with natural materials like wood and thatch, it features a lounge, dining room, and curio shop. Guests can enjoy sundowners, meals, and shopping in a relaxed atmosphere.
After guided game drives in the park, guests can relax by the fireplace and discuss their wildlife sightings.
Guests staying three nights or more at Leroo La Tau may request a complimentary Makgadikgadi Pans Sleep-Out between 15 June and 31 October, subject to availability and pre-booking at the time of reservation. As an alternative, guests can opt for a day trip to Nxai Pans. The Sleep-Out is limited to a maximum of six guests, is weather dependent and not guaranteed; if it cannot take place, the Nxai Pans day trip will be offered instead. The Sleep-Out date is allocated by camp management.

All Luxury Chalets provide stunning 270° views of the river and the park beyond, thanks to their east-facing position on the edge of the Boteti. Leroo La Tau offers one Family Suite comprising two interconnected bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms with double vanities and showers. Both rooms are thatched and glass-fronted, providing 270° views of the Boteti River Valley and the park beyond. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and a private viewing deck with loungers, while the second bedroom is configured as a twin. A third bed can be added upon request for small children. The suite's front door opens into the main bedroom, with the second bedroom accessible through a central connecting door. The Family Chalet includes:
