Established in 1964, Tuli Safari Lodge is nestled between dramatic sandstone ridges and the famous Limpopo River in the far northeastern corner of the Tuli Block, Botswana. Situated less than five hours drive from Johannesburg, the Northern Tuli Game Reserve, is an unspoilt paradise, sanctuary to many species of big game and abundant birdlife roaming the dramatic scenery.
Tuli Safari Lodge offers two room types with all rooms in traditional style yet providing bush luxuries such as overhead fans and air-conditioning, as well as tea & coffee facilities. The rooms are individually designed, built into a unique bush setting and have en-suite bathrooms featuring splendid bathtubs, some rooms also have shower facilities. The higher rated rooms are slightly larger and with more private aspects.
The main lodge is under thatch and features several lounge areas, and dining may be enjoyed indoors or outdoors. Whilst not on an activity there are plenty of things to do, Tuli Safari Lodge has a large swimming pool, a conservation centre, a waterhole with game viewing hide to the back of the lodge and a curio shop. Tuli Lodge is great for families and promises personalized care provided by the dedicated lodge staff amongst African surrounds.
Activities from the lodge include game drives and bush walks with knowledgeable and experienced guides, game viewing from hides situated at key sites in the reserve, community visits, opportunities to participate in conservation projects and ranger training courses.

Eight luxury tented suites are spacious, airy and elevated. They present themselves as draped canvas walls and roofs over timber frames. Large wrap-around decks provide a relaxing outdoor space with views over the Tuli and surrounding bush. The interiors are a modern interpretation of the classic ‘out of Africa’ décor, with a flowing open plan design.
All suites feature an island bed, lounge area, freestanding bath, large separate shower, double basin vanity area, separate W.C. and ample storage space.
We can accommodate a third adult in the room or maximum 2 children.
