The Underwater Room is designed as an extension within a Manta stay rather than a standalone destination — guests retain access to a land-based room for the duration of their visit. The structure is Swedish-engineered and was developed in consultation with DNV (Det Norske Veritas).

A portion of every stay — once operating costs are covered, 100% of remaining proceeds — supports the management of the Pemba Channel Conservation Area through Blue Alliance Marine Protected Areas.

Created from local materials and traditional Pemban decor with contemporary comfort. In addition a small balcony allows our guests a shady spot to relax in the garden.

Two-bedroom villa elevated above the shoreline with open views across the reef. Each villa features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a shared indoor lounge and dining area, a private plunge pool and sun deck, private beach access, and a separate beach banda with outdoor shower and mini bar fridge.

The Seafront Double Villa boast two spacious and private open-plan rooms, each centered with a king sized bed and large en-suite bathroom. The two rooms are joint together by a patio with a plunge pool, overlooking the turquoise water of our Marine Protected Area. In addition, each room has its own outdoor shower situated in a small private garden.
