The Elegant Desert Camp is a secluded tented camp set in the heart of the Namib Desert, about 45 km from Sesriem. Surrounded by vast desert plains and mountain backdrops, it offers an intimate and immersive desert experience.

The camp features ten spacious canvas tents, each privately positioned for maximum seclusion and comfort. All tents are en-suite and include indoor and outdoor showers, a private viewing deck, and the option to sleep under the stars.

The central area blends into the rocky landscape and offers a swimming pool, sun deck, and bar with sweeping desert views. At sunset, guests can relax while the landscape glows in warm desert colours.

Dining is served in an open-air boma under the stars, featuring simple, flavourful Namibian-inspired cuisine in a relaxed, communal setting.

The camp is fully off-grid and eco-friendly, powered by solar energy and designed with sustainability in mind. Activities include guided Sossusvlei excursions, scenic desert drives, walking trails, and stargazing experiences, allowing guests to fully experience the beauty and silence of the Namib Desert.

The Elegant Desert Camp offers ten spacious canvas tents, each designed to combine comfort with an authentic desert experience in complete privacy.

Each tent features comfortable twin or double beds, quality linen, an en-suite bathroom with shower facilities, and a private wooden deck overlooking the vast Namib Desert.

The highlight of the experience is the unique roll-out bed concept, allowing guests to move their beds onto the private deck and sleep directly under the stars. With minimal light pollution and endless desert skies, this unforgettable experience offers a true connection to the silence and beauty of the Namib Desert night.
