A stone's throw from our luxury safari lodge, limitless floodplains, pristine waterways and abundant food attract elephants, buffalo, antelope and other large herds, all followed closely by the attentive eye of the notorious African predators. Originally a crocodile hunting camp, we soon transformed into one of Botswana’s first photographic safari lodges, preserving the immense diversity of this now UNESCO World Heritage site. Eagle Island Lodge redefines the age-old art of safari living – set off on an intrepid safari journey on land, water and from the air.
Each of the lodge's 12 rooms are 82 square meters in size and boasts its own plunge pool and outdoor deck. Offering contemporary luxury, every detail has been carefully thought-out.
The centerpiece is an over-sized bed with views onto the Delta. Each room features a luxurious bathroom with a large bathtub, double vanity unit and a walk-in wardrobe, as well as a walled outdoor shower with a window looking onto the Delta.
