Kri Eco Resort

The Kri Eco Resort is situated on Kri Island which is 75km from the port of Sorong on the northwest coast of West Papua, Indonesia. This isolated location by the water offers guests a natural atmosphere to enjoy the wide variety of plant and wildlife on the resort grounds. These include wild orchids, monitor lizards, furry marsupial Cuscus and many different tropical birds.

A total of 13 rooms in 3 categories are available, built from local Papuan materials and all have free Wi-Fi, 24-hour electricity and fans. Shared bathrooms are available and shady pathways meander through the tree line to the restaurant. Free laundry service, kayaks and paddle boards are available for guests to use. The larger cottages include a living room, air-conditioners and a private sundeck. Some include a private bathroom. Kri Island is a diving and snorkellers paradise, as the area's marine life diversity is the highest of any recorded on Earth.
