Hidden deep within the heart of Odzala-Kokoua National Park, Lango Camp feels like a secret world suspended above the Congo Basin’s lush wetlands. Elevated four metres on stilts and linked by winding wooden walkways, it offers uninterrupted views over the marshy bai below, where forest elephants, buffalo, and flocks of African grey parrots gather daily. This is remote Africa at its most thrilling, surrounded by one of the planet’s largest and most biodiverse rainforests.
The stylish rooms each feature en-suite bathrooms, private decks, and open-sided designs that invite in the forest sounds, The main lounge, dining area, and viewing decks offer prime vantage points for both sunrise coffee and dramatic wildlife spectacles.
Days here are filled with adventure: wade through the bai on foot, glide silently along forest streams by kayak or traditional pirogue, or explore the savannah on game drives in search of rare nocturnal species. Every moment connects you more deeply with this extraordinary environment.
