Why stay here?
Kapama Private Game Reserve is situated in the greater Kruger National Park region, the reserve is home to the big 5 and an abundance of other animals. This wildlife sanctuary is also home to 3 game lodges, one of which is Buffalo Camp.
Buffalo Camp is currently undergoing a complete re-build which will see the all of the existing 'meru styled' safari tents replaced with custom built luxury safari tents. The new tents will now include a bath and air-conditioning. The positioning beneath sturdy trees along a dry river course remains unchanged. The project will also see a new pool and re-modeled central guest areas.
Buffalo Camp guests are invited to join qualified and experienced rangers on dawn and dusk safaris. Our guides are challenged with the task of interpreting the sights and sounds of the African bushveld.
