•Nature of the biking: biking routes may consist of a combination of public asphalt roads that experience light to moderate traffic and hard packed dirt roads that may be eroded, have sand or corrugations in some places. Undulations in the route can be expected, with some routes including sharp ascents or descents. The most appropriate equipment is selected for the routes in the itinerary. It is the responsibility of the client to familiarise themselves with the nature of the biking and to prepare accordingly.
•Guides reserve the right to alter activities or switch days in the itinerary where safety or route availability is a concern due to weather conditions or unexpected events out of our control such as road works, environmental occurrences or non-compliance of third party suppliers.
•Guides reserve the right to alter activities or refuse further participation in an activity where the traveller is either ill prepared or ill equipped for the particular activity that may result in a compromise of safety.
