• You will be picked up at your accommodation at 9:00am by your Tour guide/driver and embark on a driving and walking tour of this historical city. We begin in the heart of the city in Adderley street where we will view historical monuments like Bartholomew Dias, Jan van Riebeeck and Zackarias Waganaer Reservoir.
• Thereafter we will visit some heritage museums like the Slave Lodge and Cape Castle. We will see the City Hall and the Company Gardens and proceed past the House of Parliament.
• We stop at the Noon Gun and continue to the Bokaap where we will see the famous Colourful houses in the Cape Quarter and stop to take some photos.
• An optional stop at Afrogem will be offered to witness the production of fine African jewelry with a focus on rich gold, platinum, diamonds and tanzanite. Guests will be able to walk the working factory floor and purchase the jewelry directly.
• We proceed to the top of Signal Hill to admire the view of the City Bowl area including the Cape Town Stadium.
• Thereafter we take the cable car up to the top of Table Mountain to explore this unique piece of nature. We recommend a light lunch to be enjoyed on the top of the mountain.
• Upon our return from Table Mountain we will proceed to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens for a tour of one of the most beautiful gardens in South Africa. This unmatched natural beauty can be found at the foot of Table Mountain.
• Time permitting, guests will have an option to stop at one of the oldest wine estates in South Africa known as Groot Constantia for a wine tasting (own account).
• You will be dropped off at your accommodation after the tour at approximately 17:00pm.
